The connected LCD showing sample data

Description

This is a small linux driver for LCDs. It was developed mainly by Andreas Pomi and slightly improved by Markus Sand. It should work with all LCDs that use a KS0076B chip from Samsung Electronics.
Such LCDs can be bought from every major electronic retailers.
The driver has been tested with the displays named "LCD 202A", "LCD 402A" and "LCD 204A" from Reichelt Elektronik, Germany.

A more detailed description about the driver, its usage and a description how to build a circuit for connecting an LCD to your PC, can be found at the homepage of the MMBox-Project.
